Is Travel Care insured?
Yes, we carry both professional and general liability insurance. 

Are my travel arrangements tax-deductible?
Some trips may qualify as a tax-deduction, and we can provide you with additional information during your consultation.

How much does it cost?
Our fees start as low as $350/day and will depend on the nature of the trip, the needs of the traveler, and the skill level of the companion. Airfares are continually changing and will depend in part on how far in advance you book. In addition, costs will include the companion’s round-trip airfare, any ground transportation, or other expenses.

Could you accompany me throughout an entire vacation?
Yes. We can accompany you on a single trip or an entire vacation.

How do I get to or from the airport?
We use professional ground transportation services; your family, or a friend can assist as well. Our staff can pick you up at your home, a healthcare/retirement facility, or meet you at the departure airport. At the arrival airport we can again meet your relative, a friend, or accompany you by ground transportation to your final destination.

Who makes the travel arrangements?
We can make the travel arrangements for you and provide you with a quote. Payment would be due in advance prior to departure. You may also decide to make the arrangements yourself. We discuss these options during your consultation.

What if my health condition does not allow me to fly?
We can arrange for ground transportation, including wheelchair and stretcher service across the United States.
